Beth has dedicated over 37 years to helping individuals heal from trauma, overcome addictions, and cultivate resilience. As a licensed therapist, she has worked extensively in mental health and addiction recovery settings, including hospitals, community centers, schools, and private practice. With a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma, Beth specializes in treating individuals who have experienced abuse, domestic violence, and PTSD. She skillfully utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, a highly effective approach for addressing traumatic memories and promoting healing. Beth's empathetic nature and extensive experience create a safe space for personal growth and transformation.
